Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Item must be unused and in original condition with the tags/packaging intact. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Due to Health/Safety concerns certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (pet categories such as health supplements, food, flowers, or plants), custom tailor made products (such as special orders, pet dresses, tailor made seat covers/mats/beds or personalized pet jewelry items, and personal care goods or pet beauty products). If we determine an item has been used such orders will incur a 30% restocking and inspection fee since they cannot be resold.

Free returns/exchanges: This is only applicable if the item received condition is damaged or different from what you have ordered. A free return shipping label will be provided and once we receive the item a full refund or a replacement depending on what you requested will be issued promptly. 

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Any item such as Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Customer is required to pay the return shipping charges and restocking fee on items which have been used.

Electronic items: If an electronic item has arrived in damaged condition or doesn't power on we will accept a return/replacement. However for any other reason electronic items cannot be returned. Due to the nature of these products, these items are not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect. If a manufacturer warranty is applicable on the product you can reach out to the manufacturer directly for a replacement.

Oversized/overweight bulky items : if the item has arrived in damaged or different from what you have ordered we will accept a return/replacement. However for any other reason Oversized/overweight bulky items cannot be returned. Due to the nature of these products, these items are not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect. If a manufacturer warranty is applicable on the product you can reach out to the manufacturer directly for a replacement.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
